late arrivals:
Please be on time and text or call 804-441-1408 if you are running late for an appointment.
cancellation windows:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will incur a $50 fee.
Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in a $100 fee.
Payment terms:
Payment in full is required at the time of purchasing a course, package, or scheduling behind-the-wheel instruction. Enrollment and scheduling are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Accepted forms of payment include check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Venmo @readytodriverva.
refunds & rescheduling:
At Ready to Drive RVA, we’re committed to providing quality instruction and a smooth scheduling experience for every student. Please review our refund and rescheduling terms below before enrolling.
Online Courses: All online courses (Driver’s Education Online Class, 8-Hour Driver’s Manual Course, and 8-Hour Driver Improvement Clinic) are non-refundable once enrollment has been processed.
Behind-the-Wheel Instruction: Payments for behind-the-wheel training are refundable only if Ready to Drive RVA is unable or unwilling to complete instruction within 90 days of the first session.
Missed sessions will be rescheduled as soon as possible based on instructor availability.
