cancellation windows:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will incur a $50 fee.

• Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in a $100 fee.

Payment terms:

Payment in full is required at the time of purchasing a course, package, or scheduling behind-the-wheel instruction. Enrollment and scheduling are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Accepted forms of payment include check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Venmo @readytodriverva.

refunds & rescheduling:

At Ready to Drive RVA, we’re committed to providing quality instruction and a smooth scheduling experience for every student. Please review our refund and rescheduling terms below before enrolling.

• Online Courses: All online courses (Driver’s Education Online Class, 8-Hour Driver’s Manual Course, and 8-Hour Driver Improvement Clinic) are non-refundable once enrollment has been processed.

• Behind-the-Wheel Instruction: Payments for behind-the-wheel training are refundable only if Ready to Drive RVA is unable or unwilling to complete instruction within 90 days of the first session.

• Missed sessions will be rescheduled as soon as possible based on instructor availability.
